Ecnomidae
The family Ecnomidae is represented in Norway by the species Ecnomus tenellus.

Ecnomus tenellus is small, with quite narrow forewings that are speckled yellowish and brownish. Its larva lives in lakes and slow-flowing rivers. It makes a fixed, funnel-shaped capture net with a tubular retreat between stones or among leaves of submerged water plants.
